I have lived here since Spring '04, and I really don't have any complaints. The maintenence crew has turned over a couple of times, but the managers are all the same (and really sweet). Like any other place, it has it's downfalls. The parking is crummy (I had to get a covered parking spot). It needs to be repainted, bad. But, I've been told that it's going to be. But, my rent hasn't gone up more than like $20 in the three years that I've lived here. And, I have a dog, and there is lots of grass to walk her. OK, overall recommendation . . . Good! Don't have any desire to move.
