I have been at the Enclave for three years now. Every apartment complex has problems..you try and take care of over a 100 more people and their homes and see if you can be perfect. I have had very few issues. I did get ants in my kitchen one time...but I called and the next day the guy was there and I have not had a problem since. I have to admit that they do need to paint. The complex next to us painted and put ours to shame. I do think we have a pretty decent staff....kinda snoby though. They are pretty quick to fix things. I like the maintence staff. The pool is great and the neighbors are nice. The apartment is spacious. There has never been any crime there that I know of in the years I have lived there. The neighborhood is great. The grounds are clean. I see the maintence man every morning before work picking up trash.

You're stupid, it's the apartment's responsibility & JOB to make sure the residents are happy. I agree that not everything can be perfect, but if you decide to work in a leasing office then you better decide to take good care of the residents who spend their hard earned money to live there.
