I live at Foxhaven. I can't let my kids play outside with out them getting beat up by other kids while adults watch and laugh. Yesterday I cut my foot open on nails sticking up through the floor that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in. There's water damage to the ceiling that should have been fixed in May. I almost stepped on a hypodermic needle while taking out the trash. And today I came home from work to find that someone gouged the words "Beware -------" onto the hood of my van, broke out the windshield, and took the back seat out to use as a bench behind the dumpster.

So if you don't mind all that, I guess it's ok.
