Moved to Foxhaven Apts from Indiana without visiting first. It is in the heart of Frisco which leads you to believe it would be safe, clean, and American. unfortunately it is none of those. 70 percent of residents are non-english speaking ---------. They hang outside drinking and smoking until one or two in the morning. Furthermore, they seem to have a contest, who can go the fastest over the speed bumps. Although they are nice by giving you a wake up call every morning with a honk from their employer's vehicle.

I don't understand, what's the problem with Mexican or another race,you don't have to judge nobody by the race,i believe if you guys is annoyed just move out!!

That would be you don't have to judge ANYONE by the race, and if you guys ARE annoyed.... If you are the management that is even scarier. 8th grade education?
