Avoid Like the Plague
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 4/17/2008
Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
This site caters to Mexican migrant workers mostly. The staff is unresponsive to my requests (such as cleaning outside 2nd story windows and securing access points). It is unsafe to go outside in evenings as I have two small children. Avoid this property.
I moved here in June 2005, and I am still here. I am in the process of waiting for my lease to end (July 2008).
During April and May 2006, the complex saw a new paint job and construction. The work was shotty at best and only attempted to cover up the biggest of problems.
During the summer of 2006, the pool NEVER opened.
During the summer of 2007, the pool was open only during some weekends in July.
In July 2007, the apartment started charging for water. This was free before.
During August 2007, I have had a break in through my attic access point (I'm one the second (top) floor).
Recently (Mar 2008), drug use is evident around pool in evenings.
