The trains are loud, but you do get used to them. I do occasionally hear the woman's heels on the tile floor from the apartment above me. My front door, doesn't seal properly (read big gap even when dead bolted).

One of the elevators has been out of service twice in the 2.5 months I've been here.

I do feel nickle and dimed with the extra for the garbage and water that's billed separate from the rent but paid to the management.

But overall, I love it here, I love the concept with retail on the ground floor and residential above it. There's a pizza store going in, a Subway already there and a Thai restaurant. The apartment has a beautiful kitchen and bath.
