I have lived in Frisco Square for over six months. Most of the noise comes from the construction surrounding the area and the nearby train tracks; the apartments themselves are pretty quiet. The grounds need some help and the security gates are still not installed. Maintenance is not a problem--stuff is fixed in a timely manner. The staff is ok. If you can deal with the road construction etc then this is a great place to live.
