I have lived here for about a year, over all I am very happy. The building is very solid and I hear little noise from other in the building. That aside, the pool is a joke and sad looking, dead trees in the middle of a parking lot with a iron fence...please.
the elavators are slow as dirt and there is no freight elavator. This place needs hardwoods to be a trully top notch place.
the people in the ofice are in a diffrent world the story changes day to day and they treat you like you are dumb, but unless I need them they leave you alone..thank god. Woddy is great and will fix anything asap and very well. They like to play games with the price of rent when you renew, and it will change day to day. It's in the middle of nothing, lost of dust dirt and construction, and the traffic is getting worse, but for a quality building there is not much choice.
