I have lived here for two years. I read some of the other comments and am suprised at a few of them. I agree that you do hear the person above you walking on the ceramic tile, if they are wearing heels. But I have lived in a lot of apartments and have never been as worry-free as I am here. I don't understand what there is to complain about. I even have one of my buddies on the waiting list. I no plans on leaving any time soon.
