First off I have never had such a difficult experience in trying to get qualified to move in. We get the key to our apartment we start moving up the elevator that you have to reserve and our key doesn't work and the oncall maintenance man showed up 2 hours later. We were promised a concierge, gated community apartment activities etc... Oh and don't get me started on the 3am construction site that we were surrounded by. We decided we were leaving this nightmare at the end of our lease oh but if you want to resign we are raising your rent $200 a month!! I know others that moved out due to raising their rent $400. These apartments are nice but it's not worth it. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Renewal rates are determined by the market value being raised significantly...I resigned my lease and still love it here!!

I had the same thing when I got my key it worked but you had to be worlds strongest man to turn it. I went downstairs 2 mins after that and they gave me their copy. Simple as that. Not one time did they have construction at night. So thats quite the exaggeration. There are community activities as well. At least 4 a year or so. |
