In the years that I have lived in different apartments, I have to say this is my favorite by a long shot. The rent was very reasonable for a 1 bedroom ($680/mo and 10-15 per month for water) and the place is very nice. My one bedroom was huge.
To the other folks below who say its noisy etc etc.. I really dont know what they are talking about. I woke up every morning to my alarm clock not construction or anyone walking around in the halls. It seems like these people are about as nit-picky as it gets. To the other people that say you cant park.. I never once in the year and half living there had to park in the front of the building or not under cover parking. Management was always very cool with everything including having packages for me the several times I did receive UPS or Fedex shipments. Also about the elevators being broken all the time, simply not true. An elevator was out 1 time for 1 day and then it was fixed.
I would recommend this place to anyone. Its in a really excellent area and its just getting better and better with all the new stuff being built around it. Frisco is the new Plano!
Nothing really bad I could say about it to be completely honest. I never had issues with Grandecom.net either. I had my net crash once or twice but they brought it back up the minute I called about it. It was a bit pricey but thats cable/internet combo's for you. The maintenance guy was awesome too. 1 call and he came in and took care of it in hours at the most.
One small thing I guess I could say is that when they finally put in the security gates up they worked for 1 week. Thats right 1 week.. and they still dont work now. haha. Doesnt really matter to me except when the soccer folks would try and park in our spots.

Just so you know....the city does not allow us to use the security gates. The parking was paid for with public money and as a reslut we can not limit access. We were not aware of this restriction when we put in the gates, otherwise, we would have deferred that expenditure. We are hopeful to get this corrected sometime in the future.

Haha, Well if thats the case then the apartment was perfect. I never really cared about the gates all that much but I just thought it was an issue because they never worked. I didnt know that it was due to the city or what have you.
