I moved in when they first opened. The office staff has changed many many times. This latest group is pretty good but I'm moving because they think these apartments are worth more than they are. They are quiet. I cannot hear my neighbors. My rent has gone from 660 to 799 to 829 to 720 to now at 760 a month. God only knows what it will be next time. They told me that the market rate for this apt. is 849! It is a revolving door here and there are a lot of vacancies. People move in and move right out. There doesn't seem to be any reason to stay since the rental rate will definitely go up anyway.
On weekends and Mondays the garbage dumpster gets so full that you have to leave your bags on the ground around it so make sure you shred anything important as the maintenance guys will go through it before they run the compacter.
The mail gets put in the wrong boxes alot. The latest mailman left a box of mail unattended and also once left an entire side of boxes open while she was on the other side. I could've taken anyone's mail.
I'm constantly on the phone to the postal service to get better mailmen.
