Not only did the maintenance man tell us that the noise we heard in the ceiling were mice, but when we went to move the boxes we had in our garage were infested with mice. Also it was very noisy. We lived by the pool and expected noise but they left the music speakers on all night--right next to our bedroom. We asked them to turn them off at night but they never did. Do your selves a favor and find some where else to live.
