Theres nothing too much wrong with this apartment complex. I didn't have much to complain about when I lived there.

However, for the size apartment I had I was overpaying A LOT. I moved out to a different complex with a nicer floorplan, garage and more square footage and saved $200 a month... thats ridiculous. My fault in the first place but I can't believe now that I was paying so much then.

Its a fairly small complex, trash was always overflowing at the compactor. Parties at the main pool during the summer were loud, I imagine if you lived right by the pool it would have been a nightmare.

After moving out I thought they were unfair in what they expected me to pay. I'm particularly clean and have been through numerous move-out inspections growing up in the military, so the fact that my deposit disappeared and I owed money too, when nothing was broken.. well that was a surprise and when there is nothing you can do about it you just have to take it.

Overall.. the place is fine, clean, well maintained. But way too expensive all across the board.

I have lived here for awhile. The main complaints I have is that they allow Terrie to continue to work there with her rude attitude. Also, they need to upgrade to wood floors, 2" inch wood blinds and nice faucets and updated cabinets. For the price I can go somewhere else and get faux wood floors, upgraded faucets and 2" wood blinds. You have to pay to get it upgraded. Most new apts have wood floors and 2" blinds. Mini blinds are out and have been for quite awhile. Pretty plain for the price you pay.
