Although the apartments may be a bit overpriced, they are a wonderful place to experience the aparmtent life. The noise level is low in my building, even with the construction going on, scheduled through the end of the summer. Management has always been helpful. The gate cituation is a bummer, but most likely due to a resident using them improperly. It is a very pet-friendly place with plenty of pooper scooper areas and most residents are friendly to pets. (with the exception of the grouchy old lady in my building) I soon need to be moving into a smaller size apartment, we'll see if they can meet my price.
