The community itself is great. Very well maintained by maintenance. The management is Horrible to say the least. I have only dealt with one leasing agent there and the manager. The leasing agent was rude and really didnt seem like she knew what she was talking about even though she reasured me she had been there 1 year. The manager could care less about anything that is going on. She is not only rude but makes very unatractive faces when talking to you. The girls all wear the same uniform and it gives a very professional appearence. However, the corporate offcice should monitor the unifrom situation more closely. Some of the outfits do not fit properly.

Ever since the maintenance staff has been restaffed, the response time has been great!!!

I have lived at a lto of apartment complexs that did not care anything about me except that I paid my rent on time. The manager and the whole staff call me by name and take time to talk to me. I do not know what your situation was, but maybe if you are nice to them they will be nice to you.
