i moved out recently and spent a large amount of time cleaning the apartment. i received a vacant report stating a huge fee for cleaning. i left the apartment cleaner than it was when i moved in. There is nothing i can do about it, i even spoke to a lawyer. unless i want my credit ruined, i've been working on cleaning that up for a while now. it is my belief that the management is unfair in this aspect. They persuade you to move in by not charging a security deposit when they know they will get the money from you when you move out. i would not recommend this apartment to anyone even as a last resort. the two blonde women who work in the office are rude and disrespectful. they once told me they were too busy to get me a package could i come back later...DON'T SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!!!!
