My first 4 months were fine but after that I citation after citation with NO EXPLAINATIN or proof.

She got very uspset when tried to discuss the issues with here. She was more upset when I was able to "out logic" here on some issues. I kept one of there employees on the phone for hours which pissed her off.

After that she told me she would not renew my lease and refused to take my last months rent. Instead she sent it to civi court. No big deal there.

When I move into a nicer complext nearby she called the manager ther unsolicited and gave a bunch of my personal information. Highly illegal. Looking into attorneys tomorrow.

One good thing is that buildings are well maintained on the outside. <-- Only good thing.

I do not know your story, but the manager has every right to not renew a lease to residents that cause problems. If you do not pay your rent, or follow the rules or cause noise complaints I am sure they have proper documentation of all of the things you say you did not do. As far as any information provided to the place you live now you should rethink if you falsified your application before you go any further. As a property manager I know we all stick together and we have every right to let another property know that a resident of thiers falsified their application, not to mention that if you were evicted for non-payment of rent your account I am sure has been sent over to collections. So the next time you lease an apartment it will come up on your credit and you will not be so lucky.

The manager DOES NOT have the right to provide unsolicited informantion, whether detrimental or otherwise. So, Miss "Property Manager", you have basically just admitted to engaging in a "highly illegal" activity. I am an attorney here in Plano, and would love to represent the person you slandered... AT NO CHARGE. You are not a Collection Agency, nor a Census Bureau. You are just a Property Manager and probably always will be. Know your roll and keep providing unsolicited, undocumented information, and you will be the one who is not so lucky next time.

Gee, I am a manager too and every month when I go to crime watch manager's meetings, we exchange information on skips or problem residents with each other,IN THE PRESENCE of the police or JP Judge who may be conducting the meeting. We even have a list at the door that you can write down the persons name. What do you think about that, Mr. Attorney?
