We moved in Sept of 06. We have had a good expierence so far. All apartment complexes are going to have their ups and downs, but this is by far the nicest looking place I have ever lived (apartment wise).

Pros: Large balconys, large floor plans (we have a 2/2 1260sqft.) Nice touch with the accent walls in all the rooms. Large bath tubs, nice size washer and dryers. No problems with the staff, mantiance has been here to help the day after we request something to be fixed. Great location, short walk or drive to resturants, gyms, mall, movies...ect. Good outside mantiance. Great adminities, (movie theater, workout room, 2 free massages every month, and they say they are building a car wash, basketball/tennis area, dog runs).

Cons: Parking is not good. They should have added more parking spaces when they built the complex. No covered parking, and if you dont come home early (before 6pm) forget getting a parking spot by your apartment. The walls and celing is very thin. We have a very very noise upstairs neighbor, we can here every step they take. The front doors dont shut unless you slam them shut. and the gates to get in to the complex have been broke since we got here. (a waste of $50 for each gate opener which you HAD to pay for inorder to getinto the complex). The only cable company to go through is At&t which sucks, you have no choice on tv cable.

Overall, I can deal with the little things that everyone else seems to be complaining about cause I really like the apartment, and the area.
