The Lodge is a wonderful complex to live. The staff & maintenance crew are very friendly & quick to take care of the apts. They maintain high expectations for keeping the grounds clean & beautiful.
The Clubhouse has flat screen tvs, pool table & new air hockey table. They serve Starbucks coffee & hot teas, too. The Theatre room is GREAT! You can reserve it for free & they give you fresh hot popcorn. (My husband uses it for holding meetings using his laptop.) The fitness center is open 24 hours & always full of friendly neighbors. This is a pet lovers complex, too. The Pool attracts lots of families. You can even get a free massage each month! There's putting greens, dog runs, with a playground coming soon. The management team are always working to improve the community's environment.
We've met a lot of residents who have lived here a minimum of 3 years, some up to 8 yrs.
As for Holly, she is a good, strong manager you want running this beautiful, friendly complex. The entire staff has never been anything but friendly , professional and serious about taking care of where they live too.
I have a family of four and we all love it here. We are totally spoiled to the fun & friendly neighbors. Also, we are walking distance to tasty restaurants, good coffee bars, and the shopping mecca of Frisco...
