We moved into our apartment after dealing with one of the most uneducated salespeople in the office (we were in a bind with very little notice to move). THe apartments seemed nice enough. Upon moving in we had to fight with the front office and the most incompetent maintenance man for TWO MONTHS to fix our heating system. It had to manually be shut off at the electrical breaker because it would not turn off on its own and would spark from the wall plate. It was "sorrected" a total of 4 times until we finally became so accustomed to using the breaker switch that we just stopped calling. We now have a wall plate that hangs sideways from wires on the wall. Parking is an absolute nightmare... on a nightly basis we have to park up to FIVE BUILDINGS away!!! Our dishwasher has never worked properly and continually sprays sand and dirt all over our dishes... the maintenance mans solution was to pour Dishwashing Liquid into the Jet Dry dispenser... genius. We were over charged for water 150 dollars three months in a row!!! Dont move here... The management staff DOES NOT handle problems effectively... the gates never work... IT IS NOT WORTH IT
