They have added a lot of extra thing over the past two years here. Putting green, out door basketball court, play ground, hot tub. I don't think these things get used that much. They recently added at-door trash pickup and recylcing. The social aspect is not as good as it was back on 2001. They no longer have the pool room open 24 hours like it was several years ago. If you like watching bird, twice a year tons of birds migrate through the area. There are more dogs in the area over the past few years. Seems like everyone has a dog. A minor league baseball team, an arena football team, minor league hockey, the convention center, a small park, tons of shopping, are within walking distance. About 5-6 hotels just opened or are about to open. The fitness room is good. Two tread mills does not seem to be enough and one is always breaking down. This is the only place that I have seen a rock climbing machine in the fitness room. No speed bumps woot. The rent seems to go up $25 every year. I have to move soon because of my new job in a different state. This is a great place too live. Because of the drought a few years ago, they switched to drought friendly plants which don't look as nice as they did in 2001. It's a pretty safe area as far as I have seen.

I wish the stupid management team would stop writing great reviews.... get over yourself. You guys HAD agreat product, and ruined it with the selfish snobby people who work there.
