First, I'll start with the best qualities, to get them out of the way, although it'll be short and sweet:
1) Grounds. The apartment landscaping and maitenance of the overall place is top-notch, and is some of the best I have ever seen. Although I did not move here because of the landscaping, I am continually impressed with how well the place looks.
And now...the bad :
1) Parking. Absolutely horrible. Parking was bad to begin with, but about a year ago they installed reserved parking, which now covers about half of all parking spaces. So, if you want to be assured of getting a decent spot, you'll have to fork over about 30 bucks a month! If you don't, then good luck ever trying to find a spot. Anytime after about 8 pm you had better just plan on parking in teh front of the complex and walking. Not good at all.
2) Noise. What can I say' The noise is non stop, maybe because the walls are too thin. I don't know, but I can hear the noise from my neighbors next to me and above me all the time. I've spoken with other tenants and they say the same thing.
3) The staff in the front office. I have lived at several differnt apts in my life, and this staff is by far the rudest and most inconsiderate staff I have ever experienced! Issues are never addresed, even when brougt up to the manager. I am continually ignored, and the issues that are brought up are relatively serious. The only good thing is that the staff is very good at saying the following: " I'm sorry, there's just nothing we can do about that." Not impressed at all!
I cannot wait to get out of here!

Be careful when you leave. Make sure you do a walk through with the rude staff and take your own notes and photos! They will try to get you whatever way they can. Good Luck!

Parking is an issue at every community in Frisco and noise as well.

The office staff has always been more then helpful to me and my family whenever we've had any kind of issue. We've lived in a couple other communities here in Frisco and by far this is the nicest place. Parking was an issue everywhere we've lived. The Lodge isn't very big like the others so walking isn't a big deal. We love all the fun things to do here with all the amenites their adding. We think this is a great place to live and for sure when our lease is up we'll sign another year!
