The Lodge is a great facility. Well kept; maintenance issues promptly addressed; very nice workout room. However, in the year I lived there, I became less interested. Other reviews list problems with the management on carpeting. My review is no different. The only reason they looked at the carpet when I moved out was because I had a dog. There were stains (probably existed when I moved in, but very light) UNDER a platform bed that Teresa said were dog stains. Very interesting that a Golden Retriever could pick up the bed in order to make a mess underneath. Building and grounds are really nice. Parking is bad unless you get a reserved carport or garage. Go live there. Nobody follows the rules, and management doesn't care. I wonder just what that pet fee was for'

How nice of this XXXX resident to name people!The person fells to tell you that stains were all in the other bedrooms were the many different gold retrievers were kept.
When reading BS like this always remember that there is always two sides to every story!!!This resident was never charge a pet fee do to they were temp housing for retrievers with out a homes.
