That's funny, Heidi the manager writes her own review of her own property. Gee, I bet the other good ones on here about St. Charles are all residents -NOT! You guys are goofs. The parking is crap, and you have other issues that should be known. All I can say is BEWARE before you buy into the crap at the office and on the "tour".
