NO PARKING WHATSOEVER! I'm sorry, I dont pay 700 a month to walk a half mile to my apt. Six calls to management to fix my ac, first 3 noone shows up, then the maintenance guy comes and says he has to order a thermostat, why would u not keep these in stock' All this time my dogs are at home in the heat during the day because it just randomly stops working! I drop off a check to transfer to another apt(belive me i changed my mind) and they LOSE MY CHECK. Oh and this is the big one. If you put your trash out early before the trash pickup time, THEY DIG THROUGH YOUR TRASH TO GET YOUR APT # OFF OF YOUR BILLS SO YOU CAN COME GET YOUR TRASH!! SIck!' DISGUSTING'! And then threaten to fine you 25 bucks a bag, come on ppl. Oh and a notice saying they were going to TAKE my dogs because someone was complaing about dogs barking and it wasnt even my dogs! Half the time the security gate is broken, which is nice and safe. Nobody knows anything except for "Heidi." Call when shes not there and you wont accomplish anything,oh and by the way shes usually not there. When i moved in my carpet was trashed and they refused to change it unless I signed another lease. Beware, they blow smoke up your butt to get you to move in and then when your in they dont really care.
