They dig through your trash, lie to you about why they are snooping around, knock on your door after 9:00 at night with ridiculus accusations, no parking, slow response to maintence and other requests, and overall not very helpful. We feel they take advantage of the fact that we are young "kids" (20 and 21) and dont really care what we have to say. Its not like we are loud or nosy..both work full time during the day, and I go to school at night. Usually in bed by 10 pm! Yet they treat us like little trouble making juveniles.

But we pay 700 bucks a month and shouldnt have to walk 10 minutes to our front door, and we should be happy with our home.

We requested to have our old nasty burber carpet changed...especially after hearing from the staff that they usually change it after each lease ends before a new resident moves in (and also that they have not had burber carpet for a looong time!) It wouldnt be so bad if a new hole didnt appear after each time we vacuumed! We have the flat, ugly burber that always looks dirty even minutes after we have it steam cleaned. But would they accommodate us' Nope! couldnt care less!! Said we would have to wait until the lease ended and sign a new one but they are not suckering me in again! Our carpet should have been changed BEFORE we even moved in!!!

Question for all of you out there (and the answer should be obvious)....if this is such a great place to live, why does management have to write positive reviews to contradict with the so MANY negative reviews' If this place was so great, management wouldnt need to write and b/s the readers about how great it is because the residents would do that for them!

Would never recommend this place to anyone!

be careful when I moved in I did not have new carpet either and the stuck me with the bill for the carpet... be carful and document everything and have it signed
