As most have noted, parking is terrible. I opted to pay $75 a month for a garage to avoid the hassle. I have to cross a lawn full of dog crap in the dark to get to the garage, and then there is a good chance someone has parked in the no parking zone so it is almost impossible for me to get out. Complaints to the office, even during office hours, produce no result.

The ISP for internet service is fusion broadband. There is a site called 'fusionbroadbandsucks.com' that can explain that better. They drop my 'always on' connection after a couple of minutes of inactivity,which means I lose whatever email I am composing for yahoo mail. Calls to these folks have not yet resolved this issue (it has been seven months). The complex has a contract with this outfit, which means you cannot get cable internet. Your only alternative is dsl; verizon said I needed to purchase wireline phone service before I could get dsl, a combined total of $250 just for installation.

The dish network outfit tried twice to get it working, then I gave up on that too. Again the complex has a 'contract' so no cable.

I won't even go into the party trash falling from the third floor balcony or the 6AM sunday morning serenade from the drunks across the yard.

The news here in Dallas had a story on a rash of auto wheel thefts at this address. And there have been flyers warning us to be careful after dark.
