The apartment unit it self is nice, but it's not worth it. There is endless noise going on 8 days a week! They charged me $100 for 2 trash bags left on my patio when I was out of town, tending to my mother's funeral. I explained that being that I had to bare the expense of my mother's funeral, and that this was certainly not a good time to get any money out of me, and that I refused to pay it. The manager then told me that if I didn't pay it, that I would be charged $10 a day, until it was paid in full.
Then, the maintain has to always come in the apartment. Since the beginning of this year, they've had to come into my apartment for 3 times already. I am so sick of it! I hate having to make sure that all of my personal belongings are secured and put away. The pipes are always busting, and when that happens, the fire alarm goes off, and it won't go off until 3-4 hours later. I was forced to leave my apartment on the day that I was at home sick, because the noise from the fire alarm gave me the worst headache I've ever had in my life.
Maintenance is absolutely horrible! You have to make several request before they come out to fix your problem. I had a whaps nest on my patio, and it took me going into the office and cursing some people out, before they took any action. Mind you, it was my 4th time in the office about that matter.
The parking is the absolute worst! Fortunately, I have a garage, so I don't have to deal with that. But it's horrible for other residents. We basically forced to pay for a garage if we want to be able to have a parking spot when we come home that evening.
Don't move in over here!
Also, The walls are so thin, that you could hear a rat urinate on cotton. Very annoying!
The entire staff has no customer service skills at all. They are all bitchy people, and treat their residents like we should be fortunate that they let us live there.
I only signed another lease, because I didn't have the energy to move again. I usually like to stay at a place for 3 years or more. I will either be breaking my lease, or moving when my lease is up for sure!
Don't move here! I repeat, Don't move here!
