The management team is unprofessional and have poor customer service skills. After months and months of hearing of financal issues St. Charles was having it was clear to me they were true. When moving out every thing seemed to be ok until recieving a bill for $547.80 for ruined carpet. When calling St.Charles I spoke with a manager who told be the maintance found urine stains all over the carpet and that is why I was being charged. I asked did they have any pitures of the carpet and they told me no. Then I was told that property manager would get back with me she finally did after 4 months and me calling the corporate office. Issues still not resolved. Parking was horrible, there was only 4 free spaces of parking by my apartment the remainder was covered parking at a monthly charge. At night the grounds were dark I had to call the police 3 times due to out of control neighbors(loud music and public intoxication). I just hope that this message saves someone from the same hassles I have had to deal with. I would not even rent from any apartment that is managed by GRAYSTAR...
