This is your typical apartment complex. It have it's 's and -'s. My first complaint is one of the reasons we moved here was all the planned activities. New management took over and no more planned activities, or atleast few and far between. There are plenty of children for my kids to play with and it is fairly safe. ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!! I know of 3 cars stolen from this apartment complex (mine and my neighbors included) and several burglaries. The management says they will post warnings to other residents but they don't. You could avoid it by getting a garage but I have been on the waiting list for a garage for about 18 months now. Not that there aren't any but apparently new teneants have first pick as I have seen garages become available and then fill up with the excuse from the office being"oh well we are doing a garage inventory right now, give us your name and we will call you back"...... of course never a call then when you go to the office to ask about it you get the same inventory crap and you start all over.

So basically , Yes move here if you have a crappy car or manage to get a garage(you have to pay for covered parking anyway) and if you live in apartments you should be used to the normal once you sign your lease the management could care less about you or your needs.
