just moved in and not so bad

We just moved in about a month ago and so far so good. We had a few issues in the beginning with some Maint after hours and the maint staff came right away. The office staff really has helped out with getting us information on the area because we are not from here. Reading these reviews, it sounds as though people are just mad that the office does their job. I am pretty happy.
