I've been in my apartment for a week and already want to leave (I signed a 13 month lease - what was I thinking). If I would have know about this site before then I never would have moved in. Let's see, a broken refrigerator (threw out all my food), stove wasn't plugged in so didn't know what was wrong for a day, broken sink handle (which was replaced with a non-matching one), heat wasn't working properly, and well that's all in the first week. Maintenance and management is absolutely terrible. They say they offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee - not true - I'm stuck here! I've had to call the property manager and the regional manager but that hasn't changed anything (their stories never match up).
