Ok, now you would think, the bedroom was flooded for two days, and you would think they would replace my carpet,but no, they want to shampoo it. My apartment stinks from the smell and they already know my child has serious health issues, so you think they would just replace the carpet, have an inspector come in, or move me, or just let me out of my lease. But no, they want to shampoo the carpets and see if that "helps" the smell. The problem is, they don't have to live in it...once again Do Not Move Here...this is how you will be treated if your apartment floods, just think of how everything else is handled...
