i work in the apartment industry and live here. these problems are so overexaggerated its rediculous. anytime someone has something wrong happen, they alway over look anything good. you moved in here for a reason right' there are a million apartment communities you could have chosen, and you chose this place. and its NORMAL. management companies change ALL the time. that doesnt mean there is something wrong with this place.

i think the new managment is a good thing. they are really trying to pick up things around here. they had the place painted, the clubhouse completely redone and the fitness center. yes, i will admit its taking a while for it all get done, but at least they are working on it. give them some freaking credit for wanting to fix this place up. its not gunna happen overnight. and the office staff can only do so much. i know because im in the same boat! i think they are great, i think they are alway really friendly, and seem to try and help me out when i need it. i think the new manager is a little rude, but with a new property and a lot of problems to fix, im sure shes got a lot on her plate. and im sure people arent very nice to her. i normally deal with the blonde girl who i love. the maintenance could be a little more prompt, but i never really have major issues. its SO quite here too, which is the main reason i moved here. i love my apartment, its super cute. the parking totally sucks, but thats normal. overall, i really like it here and cant wait till everything is done.
