I've lived here when it was formerly St Charles. Back then, all I ever got was lip--service. Whether they helped you or not depended on if they were in a good mood that day. The former manager was a royal biaatch. She always blocked my garage and when I blew my horn to get in or out she'd simply say, " oh I didn't see you.." I was so glad when we got new management.
Things are coming along nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. As far as noise- -- there is none. Whether during the day or at night. Occasionally you'll hear a barking dog but for being an apartment complex its pretty peaceful. Parking can be challenge at times but its adequate. Who wants an eye sore of a huge parking lot. If its that difficult to find a space rent a garage and shut up.
I've lived in my unit for 2 years and it does need a little touch-up but beyond normal wear and tear its fine. I previously lived at the Vintage down the street back when they just opened... my apartment starting falling apart from the first month I moved in. I have little to no problems here. Thats just my experience.
