I just moved here at the 1st of July. Speaking with a few other residents right after I moved in I'd heard that they change management alot and the maintence was horrible. So far everything that I needed maintence for has been fixed promptly and right the first time, they did just change management this week not sure how they are yet but the girls that worked in the office when I moved in were extremly helpful a nice.
My only complaint is THE PARKING IS AWFUL!!!! I very rarely get to park near my apt. building! And it's even worse when you have company come over...It's like well just drive around and park whereever you can...how rude. I guess I do have 2 other complaint....since I've moved here the gate has NEVER been shut ... this being the 1st apt I've ever lived in and being a young female living by myself I guess it would just give me a little more sense of secrurity. And 2 they do not have a laundy area...you can rent a w/d from the apt but I own a set and jsut waiting for it to be delivered would be nice to have one avaliable instead of toteing my laundy across town to my friends. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
