I have lived here for almost six months. I was refered to by a friend who had nothing but great things to say during their move in. But when i moved in it was a nightmare!
I was so happy when i heard that we would be changing names and management. And when i started seeing new landscaping done and started actually seeing the maintainence staff and office staff around I felt a lot better about the change. I talked to them about some issues that had still not been resolved since my move in and they took care of it the next day! We get monthly newsletters and i can really see they care about the place. I was talking with one of the people on staff one day and they said that they couldn't belive how the apartment community looked when they took over and if i have any suggestions or anything please let them know. I feel great about refering others to live here now with the new management. They said they are with us for the long run.
