I am a little surprised by some of the reviews on this complex.Yes, there is dog poop, which is the case at EVERY apartment complex that allows animals and and yes, there are not enough parking spots but other than those minor issues Sequoia has been a great place for us to live. (And actually they are cracking down on people not picking up after their pets with a hefty fine). We have never had a problem getting maintenence to respond to any problem that we have had in our apt. In fact, they have always fixed it the same day that I put in a service request. They are very friendly and polite. The apartments are very nice and have some extra features that most other apartment complexes don't offer. The complex is located in a residential area and is very quiet and the prices cannot be beat (especially considering the area)! I would recommended this complex to anyone!

Well i don't work there but i do live there and i love my apartment!! i just moved in a couple of months ago and no problems with anyone. i have a 2 dogs and pick up after them. So for everyone hating on people with animals go to another place that doesn't allow pets!!

i JUST MOVED HERE IN DEC. 2007 AND THINGS WERE GREAT FOR ABOUT A MONTH. tHEN ERNIE LEFT AND SARA WENT ON MATERNITY LEAVE AND IT'S CRAP NOW! I NEED MY DOOR REPAIRED AND MY KITCHEN CEILING PAINTED FROM A LEAK ABOVE AND STILL AFTER 2 WEEKS NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. SO DON'T TELL ME ABOUT GOOD MAINTAINCE! MY NEIGHBORS ARE HORRIBLE WITH THE HEAVY FEET AND 2 BIG DOGS! I HAVEN'T SLEPT IN DAYS SINCE THEY MOVED IN. TOLD MANAGEMENT AND NOTHING. THEY CAN'T ENFORCE THEIR OWN RULES! SO I GOING TO BREAK MY LEASE AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!
