I have lived in many apartment complexs but this is the only one where they keep trying to cheat you. Without warning they take out fine print stuff during lease renewals and tell you don't worry it is the same stuff and them you are left paying to things that were included in your first lease. It takes them weeks to get to maintainance issues and their managemnet changes every few months

Yeah they take out stuff like rent, and deposits, and damages. What a rip.
