I have lived here 7 mos. and i am so disappointed! I have the worse neighbors in the world! NO help from anyone on that! I hate it here and can't wait til my lease is up to leave!

yeah, it's the apartment management teams fault that your neighbors suck for you. Their hands are tied...they can only do so much. It's part of living in a communal type situation. My neighbors are loud sometimes too with the stomp stomping around, but..then again, it is part of living in a apartment building.

Be a neighbor to have a neighbor. Start small by smiling and waving, and then bring it to your neighbor's attention in a mature way "Hey, I know you love your music, but I work really early in the morning and my bedroom is sharing a wall with yours... Is there any way we can keep it to a mild roar after dark?" In my experience, most people would have a reasonable response to something like that.
