I lived in this complex for 2 years. Everything was okay when Alliance Realty Owned the complex. The moment Sequoia came there has been problems. The only friendly person in the office is Lauren. Andrew is very rude and arrogrant. The community manager Alana acts as if she doesn't care about her residents. There are RATS all over the complex. Also I had to contact them several times to get wasp nest removed from my patio. I moved out last month and they have tried to screw me over with a bill for over $200 for my carpet that was not damaged. If I was you, I would NOT move to that complex. I guarantee you that the new complex they are building next door will be WAY better than Sequoia.

Ok, so let me get this straight, you are blaming Sequoia for Rats and wasps. Like they have any control over where wasps decide to build nests and Rats are EVERYWHERE! It's part of living next to a golf course. As for Alana acting like she doesn't care, please. She does. And Andrew being rude? Are you kidding me? No, I do Not work for Sequoia. I am a resident here and I love it. I doubt the property next door will be all that great. You might also want to learn how to spell. :)

I have not expierenced anyhting like this and if you think next door is going to be way better than your crazy! I was here when they managed us and it was a nightmare. I will stay right where I am at......
