I have been here for couple years and moved to couple different apartments here. I was reading the charges and I never expierenced anything like that I guess I keep a cleaner house than most. I dont see mice however I am sure we have some being so close to the woods (duh) and no wasps for me; however I see bunnies all the time and my nephew loves it when he gets to watch them. I have lived on all floors and prefer first floor even though there may be a little more noise to put up with but nothing out of the ordinary. The office staff is great Lauren super nice and very thoughtful, Andrew goofy and makes me laugh like crazy, Alana always seems to care she talks to me every time I go into visit not like some places I have lived at where you never see the manager. All and all I love it and plan to be here until my house is ready!

I have never seen a rat or a mouse either. I have seen other kinds of animals-- rabbits, occasional stray cat, frogs, unsupervised children.
