If this was a retail company, their service would have driven them out of business. Dont waste your time...the apartments might look good but the people behind it are worthless

Sorry, I have to disagree. My experience here has certainly not been perfect, but I have had no conflicts or dissatisfaction with anyone employed by Sequoia at Stonebriar. The staff has always been attentive to my needs even though I rarely, if ever, actually go into the office. I think most people complain about an experience because it wasn't absolutely without flaw. Things will go wrong no matter where you live. My wife and I just renewed our lease and we're glad we did. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but I don't think your experience is indicative of the norm at this property.

Just so everyone knows that reads this, it was responded to a few hours after posting....and the one posted before this was months before....go read www.ripoffreport.com and search sequoia at stonebriar and you will see it is a little more than "wasnt absolutely without flaw" or just google the same and it is on the front page

I totally agree with you!! That place is a total mess all around from the office staff to the grounds!! Do they even have grounds keepers? On a good note I have moved to THE BEST apartments I've ever lived it!! Cypress Lake @ Stonebriar!! Everything about this place is 100%!!

I haven't had any trouble at all with the property. In fact, I actually really like it here. The only "trouble" I had was a neighbor once who use to play their music too loud. I finally complained about it, and it never happened again. I have told a few people I know about these apartments and actually recommended it to others. I wouldn't do that if I was unhappy. In fact, I wouldn't have stuck around this long in the property if I wasn't happy. Anyone can complain, including people who work for other apartments and pose as unhappy tenants, as well as bitter ex-tenants who didn't pay their rent and maybe had to be evicted or whatever.
