1) The parking is CRAP!!!! If you actually work a 9 to 5 job expect to have to walk a mile to your house, unless you want to pay WAY too much for a garage, even the detached garages are outrageous.

2) The property is a mess. They do NOT enforce the trash pickup rules and there is pieces of trash all over the property (it is easy to see this when you have to walk all over the place to get from where you had to park)

3) The kids are all over the place. WHERE ARE THEIR PARENTS''''' The kids are all over the property, using foul language, leaving trash and making a TON of noise. The office never does ANYTHING about it.

4) The equipment in the gym is ALWAYS broken!!! What is the point of having a gym if the piece of S*** equipment is always broken!!! (Kids come in at all hours and tear things up)

5) Dog s*** everywhere. Enough said.

6) Bugs, Bugs, Bugs. I have lived at Silverado for about a year and a half and no matter how many times I have them spray the spiders and bugs NEVER go away. When I first moved there I though maybe I was not cleaning enough, although the place is always clean and no crumbs, but after I talked to some other residents I realized this was all over the place.

I could keep going, but if after all of this you still want to move here, well what can I say......
