I have lived in a lot of apartments and this one is the best. The parking sucks, no doubt. We do have a problem with people parking cars that do not live here, but that could be fixed with assigned parking.
Poop was a problem, but that is no longer and besides that is not the complexes fault. It is the residents fault. The apartment mgt has sent out several notices to pick it up or get evicted. What can they do if they do not actually see someone not pick up after the dog'
I have a bit of confusion once when GE came to fix the microwave, and "fixed" the GE dryer instead. It was a little funny and frustrating, but Silverado did what they could.
I don't like the contracts that the Grande communications has with Silverado; their DSL was way too expensive. Same for Coserv, the electric Co. contracted with Silverado. I do like the choice of picking my own provider. The truth is though that Frisco is new and not many utility companies provide service out here.
I don't work out, so I can't comment on the gym
As for the person that hates kids so much. I think the reason there might be children around is do to the elementary school' Hello....A lot of folks moved out here to be right next to the school.
Sometimes you need to do research before moving somewhere.
The price for the footage can't be beat. They have great crown molding and great tall ceilings on the 3rd floor.
I like them.
