Have any of you ever lived in an apartment before'! I've lived here since 2003 and let me tell you the truth about Silverado. I moved into a 3 bdrm with an attached garage and the office staff at the time was very helpful and polite. Grande really isn't that bad. They aren't any worse than SBC. They offer great pricing. Now Coserv, I will have to agree that they can be a little rude at times, but so far not anything to get flustered about. So I guess since I had a garage I can't really say much about the parking. I can say that my friends and family members never had a problem parking when they came to visit me. The kid situation: Any community will have kids living there with their family. Do any of you have kids''' I do and I am a single mother. My children are 12, 14, and 19. I'm not home after the little ones get out of school, and I don't expect my eldest to give up her social life to take care of her siblings. I do the best I can to let them know to be considerate, but aside from putting them in a locked cage there is only so much I can do. Kids will be kids. If my childeren do something to disturb the other people or destroy the community it is not the managements responsibility. They are not in that office to babysitt my childeren, and I don't expect them to. However, they have notified me if my childeren have done any damage to the property and I pay the damages and repremand them accordingly. Recently I decided that I needed to downsize to a 3 bedroom without a garage. (I didn't like the stairs anymore). The new office staff helped me find one in a great location on the first floor. They let me know that I should wait until my lease was up to transfer and the process I needed to go through. Very helpful. Now the dog poop is a bit of a problem. All the dumb dog owners around here don't care to pick up after their dog. I've seen one of the maintenence guys (I think he's maintenence)going around and picking up the dog poop that the other's didn't pick up. Poor Guy!! So it's not like they just let the ---- sit out on the grass and collect. So overall it's a very nice place to live. I've loved it! What you encounter here isn't any different from what you would encounter at other communities. Apartment living is just that. If your that picky. . . . . . Get a Damn house!!!!

Well, if you still live here, come by bldg 17 and have a look around.. Dont trip on the beer cans and bottles left by those 19 year olds that think its cool to drink and hang out and be loud... come on by I will give you a tour.
