I looked and leased at Silverado. At first, I thought it was a beautiful property and what a great deal! Put my deposit and app fee down that day. About a week before move in, I went in with a friend and said he would like to look at a one bedroom, or we may consider a 2 bedroom(he ran into a ruff spot and needed a place ASAP) We looked at both apartments and said thank you, no paper work or money exchanged. A few days later i go in to see if there is anything I needed to do before move in and was informed that since I "expressed" a possible interest in another apartment that they had leased the one I had already put a deposit down on and had planned to move into in a few days. They pretty much told me tough ----. Needless to say i lease another apartment at a different, much nicer complex in Frisco, and moved in 3 days later. The staff at Silverado would do nothing for me, the management company would do nothing for me. I finally, after several phone calls, received a $29 application fee back. Whoa-hoo!! Then, on top of that, I get a bill from CoServ for a month and a half of electricity for the apartment that Silverado leased to someone else. Aparently, they set up the electricity when i put down a deposit. CoServ was very good about deleting the whole thing since I had never resided at that address. i would not ever rent from this place, much less give them a deposit!!

I live here and have seen people arrested and even teenagers publicaly having sex! This is NO JOKE. What kind of people are moving into this place?
