I would consider it a little above average.

I think a lot of cons you will hear about an apartment complex is not just about that particular complex.

Almost all complexes will have ------ parking, and stupid kids driving like -------s.

Other than maintainence coming in without notice to fix my broken a/c (reported it broken 2 weeks prior) and the gym not being maintained well at all, and minimal parking...

I'd say its decent.

Nice community.

Nice people.

Nice apartments.

I've seen much worse communities.

Good luck finding the 'perfect one'
