The grounds are trashy for days on end.
There have been multiple arrests here late at night, the smell of pot is prevelent on the weekends, and THERE ARE EVEN TEENAGERS THAT HAVE SEX IN THE BREEZEWAYS! This is by no means a joke.
I have personally witnessed this twice by two different teenage couples, the first time was on the basketball court at 2AM! The apartments told me they are not "babysitters".
Okay...granted, but who exactly are they letting into this place'! This is a statement of fact.
I would not joke about this.
